Welcome to the Clear Water Pools team

We are happy to have you on board and are thrilled if you have chosen to return for another awesome and safe season!

STEP 1: CHECK YOUR EMAIL (the one you provided on your application): You will receive at least 3 emails now through May.

  • Starguard Elite (SGE) email for access to your lifeguard certification materials.
    • Create an account.  Complete the required online PREcourse located on the dashboard. This will take you time and must be completed before your certification class.
  • ADP email to ensure you are ready to be paid!
    • Create a profile via a link.
    • MUST TURN IN COPIES of identification verification at the All Employee Policy and Procedure Meeting (see below) or email michelle@clearwaterpoolsllc.net. This includes just a passport OR driver’s license/student ID AND social security card/birth certificate.

STEP 2: ORDER YOUR UNIFORM: You are required to have a conservative swimsuit, red shorts, CWP tank, CWP hat OR CWP visor and whistle.

There is other apparel available for purchase on the website if you desire but is not required. If you have apparel from previous years, please make sure it is in good condition. Please note, during cooler weather, we ask that you have a plain red outerwear if not CWP gear.

  • Please follow these steps to order the CWP gear-
  1. Go to Watermen
  2. Click “Create Account” and enter your personal information.  Use: CLEARWATER (cap sensitive) when asked for LIFEGUARD ORGANIZATION CODE and register.
  3. Hover over the blue “Clear Water Pools” button to get to the staff store.
  4. Order either a hat OR visor (required item). Red shorts are also required but can be purchased elsewhere. Tank Tops will be distributed at Policy and Procedure Training along with a whistle at the certification class. It takes 10-15 days to receive your other items. Order early!
